Have options for which API

Currently trying to use this library with a back end server for a custom Shopify storefront and I noticed that the API that is being used is the Admin API which is rate limited when compared to the Storefront API, etc.
Is it possible to have options on construction to set the API?

Hi! I've opened a pull request to address this. It adds options during construction to let you specify which API to use, which should help avoid the Admin API rate limits you encountered.
