Minimal steps to reproduce

git clone https://github.com/Azure-Samples/dotnet-core-api.git
cd dotnet-core-api
dotnet run

Any log messages given by the failure

GET http://localhost:5000/App/Views/TodoList.html 404 (Not Found)

Expected/desired behavior

Run without console error

OS and Version?

Linux Ubuntu 16.04
