The logic for it can be edited around this area:
0D -> 00 freelancer.exe 07EBF1 adoxa Activate missile/torpedo/disruptor on purchase. and also 0047FAAD.
When this is implemented it needs to be carefully tested that missiles, torpedoes, CDs, and mines remain deactivated. Also the hook should preferably not interfere with the patch above.
