[SCRIPT] make a systemctl entry for the bot with deploy.sh

Description of the solution I'd like
If deploy.sh could install an entry for systemctl to handle it would make starting/stopping/updating the bot much easier.

What needs to be done

• Implement systemctl entry
• Implement auto-update
• Write documentation for how to use it
