We currently have info on the library website about our services, and the catalogue tool on the other side. Users are confused and do not necessarily understand the difference between the two.

Having a single entry point gathering all info would help.

If two different systems need to be used, an integration enabling users to navigate seamlessly between them and discover information from either system would be beneficial.

This could be one of the emerging models that libraries will increasingly adopt in the future.
