Harvested CERN-THESIS / INSPIRE 2970770 (CDS mat8t-f6991) and View Changes only shows revision_id and updated, no real metadata change. Normally it should skip and not bump the revision. Check that we skip when nothing changed (pids/metadata/custom fields/files) and log info/warning, e.g. the existing “Skipping record, already up to date”. Might already be implemented and this run didn’t hit it.
