[BUG] Design Fixes (Start Session Page)

Describe the bug
On mobile devices, extra margin on the chart was causing the options to get clipped. Initially, I added margin to the chart, which unexpectedly decreased available space for the options. The fix is available on branch design-fixes/start-session

Bug Severity
Select one of the following:

• Minor (Core-functionally unaffected - Platform is usable but with easy workarounds Eg. Small UI errors)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

MOBILE

1. Go to questionnaire page
2. Click on create question
3. Click on continue poll
4. See error

Expected behavior
All options are present and not clipped by the chart
