Cannot find add_plugin.py script

According to this guide, we need to run add_plugins.py script to add a plugin. but this script is not present in the repo anymore.

@souvikmaji Thanks for pointing this out! I will address it soon. if you would like to make the plugin available in https://www.openplugin.io/ you can use the launchpad. Otherwise, if you want to make it available here, in this repo and in turn openplugincore, please make a PR adding an item to openai_res.json like so https://github.com/OpenPluginACI/openplugin/blob/main/migrations/plugin_store/openai_res.json#L4533-L4566
