A number of non DMRG related API calls for tensors (`+=`,`-=`, etc) currently have `assert(1==2)` and were not rewritten yet for the CTF backend. Files like `tensor_cg.cpp` and `assert.cpp` should also contain code that hasn't made its way back yet too.
