Failed to Detect Flash with 2 Devices Connected to Linux

It cannot detect flash Device 2 with 2 Devices connected to Linux, but after removing Device 1 and this dediprog Device becomes Device 1, then it can be flashed.

Hi @zhouxxue-amd, I've run into a similar issue in the past. I've created a pull request with the fix that I found for it #87
