Update the Welcome screen when there isn't any API key set

When there isn't API key set then the Welcome screen looks like this

It should be like normal welcome screen just display the error message (related to API key) on top of Input field...

Hi, I tested this issue on the latest main branch.

Steps I followed:

• Pulled the latest code from the repository.
• Installed dependencies and ran the project using 'npm run dev'.
• Tested the same scenario mentioned in the issue.

Result:
I was not able to reproduce the problem — everything is working as expected.
