Subject: [PATCH] docs(readme): mark sidebar checkboxes shipped; explain the
 empty except

The roadmap still listed app/model toggle checkboxes as next, but they
shipped in v0.10.0 and filter the ER diagram (English and Spanish READMEs).

workspace.py swallowed an OSError from pyproject.toml with a bare pass,
which CodeQL flags as py/empty-except (alert #20). The comment records why
falling through is correct: the models.py walk below still decides.
