WPA3 and SAE

On the MikroTik Discord server someone asked the question whether WPA3 PSK isn't always SAE in response to WiFi Authentication Methods.

And the answer is no.
WPA3 "should" generally be using SAE, however, a "transition mode" exists that allows WPA2 clients to connect.
