Unable to run projects because using unsupported version of react-native and dependencies

My system is only set up to support 74+ (The first supported version of react-native). You cannot expect us to run a project that is 4 versions older than the oldest supported version of react-native.

Projects do not and cannot run on any system that react native devs are using.
