Create Installable Module with pip

First off, big fan, and I would like to make more use of this as much as I can, because only I can prevent copy-paste.

To that end, can I work with your team to create a PyPI module and/or potentially a Docker container so I can make use of it in different pipelines as I work with @gregelin and others?

@tohch4 glad you like it in our readthedocs we describe using govready with our docker images. We are actually in the process of updating our docker images so this will change within the next week. Feel free to make a contribution! However, if you just want to get started feel free to use the current image that is out there.

Somehow I dropped the ball on responding to this, I meant the latter: CUB utilities, @woodt. We can discuss for or against, it is obviously not urgent at present.

Hey, no problem. So, I am in the midst of a refactoring of the scripts to use a single entry point; I think when that is done it would make great sense to then make the whole package pip installable. At the moment, though, I think the best way to work with the utlities is via a local checkout and install.
