I was surprised to find Jenkins [in the CD Operators section](https://internaldeveloperplatform.org/cd-operators/jenkins/) of the Ecosystem pages. Does this make sense? Jenkins is [listed in CI Tools](https://internaldeveloperplatform.org/ci-tools/jenkins/), which totally makes sense. What makes it a "CD operator", though? :shrug:
