Subject: [PATCH] Include <ctime> in runner_impl.cpp for time()

runner_impl.cpp calls time(NULL) without including <ctime>. It compiles on
glibc, where the declaration arrives transitively through other headers, and
fails with mingw-w64's headers:

    runner_impl.cpp:507:42: error: 'time' was not declared in this scope
