StackWalker fails to display correct stack frame info under debug mode

I ran your sample code both in Release mode and Debug mode.
In Release mode, it displays source file/line but in Debug mode it does not.
Please run the sample under the debugger running to see the issue.

I also raised a similar issue on the stackoverflow.com but noboby seems to know the answer.
