DockerMap has separate service state and provider freshness/evidence concepts. The Atlas must not collapse them into one colored status system.
Freeze independent presentation semantics for: subject operational state; provider/evidence freshness (fresh/stale/collecting/unavailable/timed_out/disabled where applicable); Findings/attention severity; and identity ambiguity/collision. A stale provider observation must not automatically paint a subject unhealthy; a healthy subject with a Finding must remain distinguishable from an unhealthy subject; ambiguity must not look like health failure.
Define precedence only for compact aggregate summaries, with text/non-color cues. Add cross-product fixtures (healthy+stale, healthy+finding, offline+fresh, unknown+timeout, collision+healthy, etc.) so the flagship graphic cannot visually lie by merging orthogonal states.
