Problem to solve

Hi there,

I was about to make a feedback comment here, but I figured I might as well create a direct issue.

What I personally would find useful from a tool like this is the following:

• That it checks if references to other files or paths in AGENTS.md are still valid based on what the repo has.
• General recommendations about best practices for AGENTS.md
• Prompt injection flagging, this awesome-agent-failures also has many great examples that might be useful.
• Have it add a PR comment about the score, kinda what CodeRabbit does: fix(WebAPI): Downloading from a server which has not auth token anymo… Reaparr/Reaparr#649 (comment)

I could go on but these are already quite extensive to implement
