When a person wants to assign the core, have the ability there that they can easily find it. When the person wants to assign the core to a specific task, have the task show up as recommended.

✋ I can pick this up using the registrar.paras approach from #171: owned ParaIds first in the assign modal, searchable by id/name, with My Cores showing the known task name next to assigned task ids.

I can implement this: surface the user's cores so they're easy to find when assigning, show the relevant task as a recommendation, and make the assigned core visible in the My Cores section. Frontend work against the existing Lastic UI. I'll open a PR with the changes. Ready to start.
