My texture mods are doubling

So basically if I have a texture mod installed in the batch, it will still appear in the side as well as if I haven't installed it, so I will have one in batch and one on the side bar, if for whatever reason, I accidentally install the texture mod again. I will have 2 of the same texture mods in one batch. If you look at the screenshot, Left is texture mods from available mods for groups, right is mods in install group

This will be fixed in 9.2.1, I have fixed it locally now.
