UI auto updating as time goes by

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
"The Button" sits over there <--- on one of my screens, and it stays there all day. But as time goes by, nothing updates.

Describe the solution you'd like
Would be great if the following UI elements auto updated throughout the day:

• Currently running timers
• Time progress bar and associated numbers

Worth noting I'm running it as an "app" in Edge so I don't even get a browser refresh button - I have to press Ctrl-R to see updates. Not the end of the world but auto updating times would be great.

Have previously used https://momentjs.com/ to do this, but didn't give the flexibility needed to do the decimal time durations. Would prefer a vanilla JS approach to avoid including a library and keep things small and simple.
