[Bug] Legal ID & Personal binding sections lose their verified state intermittently on home screen

Description

On the home screen (eID wallet), the Legal ID and Personal binding sections intermittently drop their green checkmark and revert to an "ADD" state, as though the data hasn't been loaded — even though the data is still present. The eName section also shows as UNVERIFIED ID during this broken state. The issue resolves itself after tapping Social Binding → Full List.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open eid wallet app
2. Perform some actions like opening Full List of social bindings (or any other, as this is an intermittent issue)
3. Return to the home screen and observe the Binding Documents section

Expected behavior

1. The eName badge should not show as "UNVERIFIED ID" if the binding documents haven't finished loading — the UI should either wait for data or show a loading state.
2. Legal ID and Personal binding data should remain visible and verified (green checkmark) at all times; it should not revert to the "ADD" empty state.

Additional Context

• Actual Behavior:

  • Legal ID shows "Any legal doc" with an ADD button instead of the verified checkmark.
  • Personal shows "Identity marks" with an ADD button instead of "3 of 3 marks achieved".
  • The eName badge reads UNVERIFIED ID (grey pill) instead of VERIFIED ID (green pill).
  • Workaround: tapping Social Binding to expand it and then pressing FULL LIST causes all sections to reload correctly.
