Add --disable-display-module-names support

We already have the config in swift-section. Maybe we just need to expose as a UserDefautlts toggle in RuntimeViewer's generation Options

Expected behavior

Exposing this as a generation option makes sense, but the UI toggle should map to the same underlying option as swift-section rather than introducing a second naming/default path. Persist it in UserDefaults with the current behavior as the default so existing generated output does not change unexpectedly. A snapshot test for both states can verify module qualification is removed only from display names, not from identifiers needed for disambiguation.
