[Bug]: Share to email target > "A share recipient is required"

What happened?

I want to share a file to an email recipient. I select Email under "Create access" and enter a valid email address. The email is set as target(?), the line below, but the button "Create share" is still disabled and the message "A share recipient is required" is still displayed.
