Hi there,

I'm excitedly considering buying a OneWheel, but I'm always concerned about the "right-to-fix" of any consumer electronics, and curious about the developer community's ability to enhance or interact with the product in anyway.

I found your project and it looks interesting. I'm curious if it still works? Or is getting any active attention?

@jestelle Pardon the silence - I stopped work on this project when an iOS update broke the aggressive Bluetooth notifications from the OneWheel. It is certainly possible it could be reworked to work on modern iOS.

I've since bought a OneWheel and have been very much enjoying it.

I'm still generally interested in this project, but it's probably low on my list of side projects to mess around with.

I was considering writing an Apple Watch app simply to monitor my speed and give me some haptic or audio feedback
when I get going faster than I should :D

If you do put any new energy into this project, or anyone else does, let me know :D I'd be happy to jump on board and contribute.
