"description": "The TypeScript compiler WWCP_WebAPI builds its HTTPRoot scripts with. Here rather than installed globally: a bare 'tsc' in a PreBuild target fails on any machine that never ran 'npm install -g typescript', and where it does exist it is whatever version that machine happens to have - which decides the bytes of the .js files this repository has checked in. Pinned exactly, and to the same version as WWCP_OCPP. 6.0.3 reproduces what is committed here; a 5.x compiler drops the 'use strict' line from it.",
