Currently nuget packages are manually uploaded to https://www.nuget.org/packages/OpenLoco.Dependencies. They should be moved to GitHub (https://github.com/features/packages and https://github.com/OpenLoco/Dependencies/packages/152327) and CI should be updated to do this automatically
