Retraining the MMBert

Description

After finishing the training with data we got from 3 August, we learned few things from that training experiment such as

• need to update the training data prep by not downsampling any negative windows
• need to update the evaluation method to tolerance matching
• add the new datas

Subtask

• Update the training data prep module
• Create new training data
• Update the evaluation module
• Train the model with new training data
• Run evaluation
