I purchased the PCB from Openscan directly. When connecting the pi shield, and turning on the power supply the camera/gantry motor immediately gets current and starts clicking and quickly heats the motor and it's driver.
I am able to connect to the pi via the openscan interface and give signals for the motors to move which they respond to but not seamlessly.
I am a bit out of my depth here and would appreciate any help or insight.
