"Set time to zero" does not properly work with non-english language

Hello,
using Tracker 6.3.1 on Windows 10.

How to reproduce:

• Run Tracker.exe
• Change the language to German
• Advance the video timeline a bit to for example frame 4
• Right-click the time/frame counter and select "Zeit auf Null setzen"
  => Noting happens, counter is still on frame 4

After I used "Zeit einstellen" which opens the popup to enter the time manually the "Zeit auf Null setzen" menu entry works perfectly fine.
