Feature Request: Search for additional chunks of code when locking for packages

Hey there!

I think checkpoint () is a great ressource for all R projects.

At the same time, functions that load R packages are also a huge enrichment.
The problem is that self-written functions that combine e.g. require, install.packages and library are not recognized by checkpoint.
My suggestion & wish would be to add a parameter, that allows you to specify, in which other code chunks should be looked for packages.
