Finding
The Riverbraid namespace is currently a GitHub user account, not an organization.
GitHub's personal-profile README convention requires:
Repository: Riverbraid/Riverbraid
Visibility: public
File: README.md at repository root
Content: non-empty
The existing .github/profile/README.md path is the organization-profile convention and must not be treated as proof that the current user profile renders that content.
Prepared tool output
Draft PR Riverbraid/.github#5 now contains:
- a corrected
.github repository boundary;
profile/README.md explicitly marked as an organization-profile candidate;
USER_PROFILE_README_CANDIDATE.md containing the clean text ready to copy byte-for-byte into a future Riverbraid/Riverbraid/README.md.
Required manual action
Choose one bounded path:
- create a new public repository named exactly
Riverbraid under the Riverbraid user account and copy USER_PROFILE_README_CANDIDATE.md to its root README.md; or
- deliberately convert/restructure the account as an organization only after reviewing account-conversion effects, then use
.github/profile/README.md under the organization convention.
The first path is the smaller operational change.
Verification after creation
- confirm the repository full name is
Riverbraid/Riverbraid;
- confirm it is public;
- confirm root
README.md is non-empty;
- inspect the public user profile to confirm rendering;
- record the exact commit containing the rendered profile text.
Boundary
The GitHub connector available in this work can modify existing repositories but cannot create a new repository. This issue records the exact remaining action rather than claiming the profile surface is fixed.
This issue does not authorize account conversion, repository transfer, F0–F4 adoption, P0 execution, or broader public claims.
