The config file should be provided in the outputs to ensure repeatability between runs. Currently the path is stored in the DB (and not at all in the file), but storing the entire yaml file would allow the file to get queried. For DB runs, combining with #28 and putting as part of the file system could be good. If there is an output folder for DB runs too, this makes a movie seem more like a reasonable output
