It should be possible to "resume" a simulation from a specific timestep. It would also be great to be able to resume a sim with DIFFERENT inputs (different v0 and v_des or flow rates) than the original simulation. Probably will need a lot of work for the parser.
Testing: Probably need to be able to compare running from t = 0 to t = 500 and then running t = 500 to t = 1000 vs t = 0 to t = 1000 run and be almost bit for bit.
