We don't want all waveforms to be uploaded.
This ticket is to allow filtering only the data that we need - the patients on noradrenalin or ventilator

Definition of Done

• Only the required data is coming through to DSH ( patients on noradrenalin or ventilator ).

Requirements:

• All waveforms should come through if the patient is ventilated on the day.
  OR
• All waveforms come through if the patient is receiving noradrenalin on the day.

Added to the Sprint Backlog on 14th August - as limiting volume of data coming through to DSH might be important to complete in this round of changes. Waiting to prioritise against other tasks with @skeating on the meeting on the 17th August.
