Add Initial Unit Tests for Functional Testing

Create first test or two to configure vitest for basic functional testing. Make sure it plays well with svelte.

Having weird dependency issues with setting up vitest. Probably bc am new with web dev and dev tool set. Will catch @Green-Ranger11 one of these evenings after 8 to fight through.
