Proper DI

How do you feel about proper DI? We teach and preach but don't do it ourselfes? :D

The ConsoleAdapter and Config could be injected.

The case where LazyLoading is perfectly valid would be this, at least I don't see a way to change it.

Anyhow: yes, this should definitely change over time, but I guess the DI is not the most problematic now. It is especially the if/if/if/elseif constructions and the controller that does everything imho (so, software architecture). For sure it is a step in the right direction. If we could get rid of the static console calls it would be perfect.

Alright, just wanted to open the issue first if it's generally wanted, as that's something I'm able to improve :P
