Adding RTSP microphone is timing out

I am trying to add a RTSP microphone and it fails with connection timed out. I am able to view/listen to the rtsp stream via VLC with no issues.

Here is the RTSP URL I am using - rtsp://birdnet:xxxxxxxxxx@192.168.86.60:554/stream0

My Raspberry Pi and the RTSP device are on the same network.

could you try to "Add anway" and see what error message would you get once it is added.
a bit buzy in real life this and next week, might be a bit delayed.
