Slow layout calculation for large graphs

The calculation of the graph diagram layout (so the positions of the nodes) is currently the bottleneck in TangleGuard Designer.

It is a computational heavy problem and the the I the implementation does not scale well.

So for nodes > 200 in gets annoying.

This could improve it a bit: dagrejs/dagre#481

To make use of it, it would need to be integrated into cytoscape.js-dagre though, see

• Outdated dagre.js version cytoscape/cytoscape.js-dagre#149
• Upgrade dagre.js and webpack cytoscape/cytoscape.js-dagre#151

In the long run, there probably needs to a different solution

Last option would be to finish the rust port https://github.com/TangleGuard/dagre-rs and make use of it
