Documentation issues with `halign` as `outer style`?

The issues arisen from my answer here:

It works, but in the documemtation, there is no envidence that halign could be accpeted in outer style:

From the documentation, that is hard to realize that halign could also control the longtblr's centering.

My question is:

• Whether I missed some details in the documentation?
• Is halign=l the "correct" method to left align the whole longtblr?

Seems like a doc issue.

halign was added as one of the outer specification keys in
2765a55 (long/halign/valign also in outer specs, 2021-06-24),
but it was never added to in the table "Keys for Outer Specifications" in package doc.

When the table "Keys for Outer Specifications" was initially added in
5e61d6b (update manual, 2022-01-28)
it contained four keys: baseline, long, tall, and expand, in which baseline was renamed from valign, see
92e6e55 (rename outer specification valign as baseline (#72), 2022-01-24).

Note that halign = c is part of the initial outer spec settings, so the outer spec key halign does exist and is working:
