Tethering has stopped working

Describe the bug
TrackerControl fixed the tethering issue on my phone. Unfortunately, it stopped working again after updating the app to version 2026.07.27. Downgrading to version 2026.04.03 solved the problem, and it’s working flawlessly again.

To Reproduce
This might be tricky. You might need a phone with a broken tethering function.

1. Connect the phone to the computer
2. Turn on USB tethering
3. Observe that there is no internet connection
