Subject: [PATCH] chore(submodule): bump frontend to 748ce1e

Frontend #86 to #89: capture screen usable by finger (64px controls,
collapsible panel), project and volume in the capture top bar with a
symmetric review button, status count in the Reordenar row, tab leftovers
removed. Closes NEH-180 and NEH-138 on the appliance.
