Issues with data formatting

I'm trying to use metaknowledge with web of science data and I'm encountering 2 problems:

1: RecordCollection is unable to read UTF-8 win tab-separated values files with all data columns included.

2: I wrote a routine for resolving incomplete names, (e.g. is Doe, J. the same person as Doe, John and Doe, J. F.) This would obviously require modifying the data, but I can't seem to save the data in a format that the metaknowledge RecordCollection will recognize.

Can you provide more complete file formatting guidance?

Same response as to your other issue -- will need to address this in a couple weeks, as I all of my time right now is locked up with additional remote teaching responsibilities. I am surprised to hear about the web of science data and will need to do some tests. More soon.
