VRCi unavailable in the U.S.

I can’t find an option for a bug report (even though it’s not considered a bug), but I have a problem.

I tried to install VRCi on the AppStore through the link provided, but I ended up getting this message:

I’m not sure if it’s because it was never uploaded to the U.S. AppStore or if the U.S. AppStore blocked the app, but I can’t access VRCi on my iPhone through official methods. However, if there were an app file (.ipa) attached to the repo, I can sideload it to my iPhone.

Either way, I can’t access the app in my country.

I am also in the US. I previously could install VRCi, and still have it installed, but it is no longer available on the App Store for me either.

I would assume the maintainer's Apple Developer subscription has gone inactive if it turns out this is worldwide.
I, too, would appreciate an IPA file for sideloading in cases like this and potentially future nightly releases.
