Building MiniJGL for Windows RT 8.1 would require MinGW/MSVC, able to target armv7.
If there's a test machine needed, I could provide one in the future - I'm going to buy a Surface 2 or Nokia Lumia 2520, probably next year.
I also want to put effort into building JDK 8 for Windows RT. Upon initial (yet extensive) research, it looks like it might just be possible, with enough hours poured into it...
For now, I don't know whether all of this can actually be pulled off.
