[Feature Request] Run Macros Multiple Times

It would be nice if Craftimizer could marry quick synthesis with macros, allowing for the player to run a specific macro a set number of times. Allow players to specify a number of time that a particular macro should be run to create an item, similar in nature to how quick synthesis works.
