+- tmux config was skipped on no-sudo hosts since 1.13.2. Its guard used `command -v`, which cannot see `~/.local/bin` during install, so it reported tmux missing right after installing it there - the hosts 1.12.0 exists to serve lost `.tmux.conf`, `.tmux.conf.local` and `tmux-status-rows`. Re-run `install.sh` on any host installed with 1.13.2 or 1.13.3.
