Currently I draw them myself in qgis, whichi s a lot of work, especially if there are multiple that all have to be the same size. With the new custom EA draw feature, a circle is automatically drawn for a windmill. We can use this same functionality in the loader for windmills. I do want to keep the override polygon string available for use however, because maybe we want to draw in a windfarm as a whole at some point, or maybe larger/smallers ones manually. This will keep that option open. But this feature will at least save a lot of time when we simply want a default circle on the map to represent a wind turbine.
